Meet Koji.

Koji is a Shiba Inu and the self-appointed Head of Quality Control at Sando & Kō. He is also the spirit of the Sando. He has never once approved a sandwich he didn't get to eat.

Known facts

• Favorite food: baguettes. All of them.
• Signature move: the wink. It means he already ate it.
• Official seal: 公, stamped on everything he approves.
